Office Assistant / Customer Service Associate
Customer Service Associate Job Responsibilities:
- Answers incoming phone calls
- Provide customers with quotes in a timely manner and follow up with quotes weekly
- Processes incoming orders received in person, emailed, by phone, or orders given by Management and/or Sales team.
- Maintains customer relationship by responding to inquiries; documenting actions.
- Follows up with customers via email, phone call, or in person.
- Invoices orders once customer has been informed order is ready and sends a Feedback request to customers
- Once a week send Past Due Invoices out via email
- Maintain an organized work space
- Other duties may be assigned as needed by Management
- Customer Service Associate Job Duties:
- Prepares for customer inquiries by studying products, services, and customer service processes.
- Responds to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying customer’s understanding of information and answer.
- Records customer inquiries by documenting inquiry and response in customers’ accounts.
- Improves quality service by recommending improved processes; identifying new product and service applications.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Accomplishes customer service and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

The ideal candidate is a creative, self-motivated team player who can work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and who is determined to make every project his or her absolute best. Previous experience is ideal but we are willing to train the right applicant.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follows a layout to place computer-generated vinyl or full color graphic images on a pre-determined substrate or medium
- Prepares substrates for application, which may include cutting, painting, laminating, cleaning, and maintaining the substrates for vinyl application
- Weeds excess vinyl from computer cut images
- Performs quality assurance measures pre- and post-production
- Performs finishing operations such as laminating, encapsulating, and/or mounting of printed pieces
- Reports inventory levels and stock to be reordered to the production manager
- Helps unload raw materials and cleans and maintains storage areas
- Works on different projects simultaneously
- Performs routine machine maintenance and minor repairs when necessary
- Establishes and maintains effective team relationships with all support departments
- Follows all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED required; advanced education degree preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing whole numbers and fractions and converting fractions to decimals and vice versa)
- Ability to problem solve
- Able to work well under pressure to output high volume, high quality work
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to lift 50 or more pounds
- Must have the flexibility to lean over a waist-high table and use back forth hand motions to apply vinyl letters and graphics to a substrate
- Able to use light power equipment – Hammer Drill, Power Saw, Reciprocating Saw, etc.
- Applicant must be able to pass Drug Testing; Criminal Background Check and Motor Vehicle Background
